Avetica presents the 15th MoodleMoot for the Netherlands & Flanders will be held on 14 February, 2023 in Dordrecht. The goal is to share knowledge and experiences about this open source learning platform 'Moodle' so that every Moodle user learns to use their own Moodle site better and more effectively. Presentations and workshops are given by enthusiastic Moodle users, sponsors and Moodle consultants. A truly community-driven event, organised by Avetica, the only Moodle Partner in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Join the Moodle Association of Japan for a MoodleMoot in 2023 at Ibaraki Christian University, Hitachi. MoodleMoot Japan is an academic conference of educators, researchers and developers of Moodle. The not-for-profit Moodle Association of Japan (MAJ) has organised this event every year since 2008. #MootJP23

Moving mandatory training online can help your organization save time and money. But if the move from in-person to online training isn't done correctly, it can cause non-compliance with regulators and may be inadmissible in a legal defense. Perhaps most concerning of all is that the training will not be effective in mitigating risk. This webinar will focus on the key reasons why organizations end up regretting the move to online training and the best practices that are most commonly missed.

In this program students study and participate in all the activities of the Intro Moodle course and if they wish, of the Advanced course, in order to acquire the knowledge required and to be able to create a course in Moodle. They digitize their own educational content in the Sandbox course, based on the instructions they have in 10 Moodle assignments and the feedback they get from the Instructor Team. To complete the program, they must gain the badge of the Intro course and receive a passing grade in all assignments.

The NERCOMP Annual Conference is where IT professionals, faculty, researchers, learners, and institutions come together to engage, network, and learn from each other’s experiences in advancing innovation and leadership in higher education. The NorthEast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) partners with EDUCAUSE to bring together leaders in the higher education IT community from across the region.
